How I beat high cholesterol in 4 weeks!

;Nearly 5 weeks ago I was rushed to A&E 4 weeks ago with a suspected heart attack. It was a beautiful wake up call and I share the start of a new journey to greater health than ever before! My results proved that I had high cholesterol ( which I wouldn't have had confirmed had it not been for the false alarm with my chest pain.

This is exactly what I did to lower my cholesterol in 4 weeks.

1/ I joined a gym and (being an ex personal trainer) I gave myself some personal training! YOU don't need a trainer however.... just .....

2/ ....A determination to HEAL NATURALLY!!

3/ I cut out ALL sugar.

4/I cut out ALL processed food which for me was cakes and croissants!

5/ I started to move my body every two hours.

As someone who has always led a very active life, I was spending more time at my computer than ever. I knew it wasn't natural and this scare gave me the push i needed.

5/ I took these three recommended supplements.

Pantothenic Acid

The health benefits of Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid), include the alleviation of conditions like asthma, hair loss, allergies, stress and anxiety, respiratory disorders, and heart problems.

Reduces Constipation. ... Improves Gut Health by Acting Like a Prebiotic. ... Helps Curb Appetite.

Inulin Powder

Boosts Heart Health and Lowers Metabolic Syndrome Risk Factors. ... Can Replace Sugar and Flour in Recipes. ... Increases Calcium Absorption.

Niacin (Vit B3)

It’s one of the best nutrients for raising HDL cholesterol.

It also does an excellent job of lowering the small, dense LDL cholesterol particles that can clog your arteries. In research it was found that vitamin B3 benefits included reducing LDL cholesterol by 10 percent to 25 percent.

Niacin was also shown to reduce triglycerides, which is the fat in the bloodstream linked to arterial disease, by 20 percent to 50 percent.

Niacin is the only nutrient that decreases dangerous Lp(a) cholesterol particles. Fish oil can help neutralize the pro-clotting influence of Lp(a), but doesn't reduce it.

Please note that niacin can cause flushing , which is safe, and should not be taken long term! For further info please click here.

6/ I believed in myself!

Yes- i actually felt an excitement in knowing that i was giving myself some real self love. I believed that I could achieve my target- and nothing was going to stop me!

7/ I surrendered fully!

Into the knowledge that i was doing everything that I could and that the outcome was now in the hands of something bigger than me alone.

I DID IT!!

And the experience has become the beginning of a whole new chapter for me. I'm taking up personal training again, committed to exercising every single day for the rest of my life ( so long as I'm physically able) and have said goodbye to processed croissants forever!

Please share this blog with anyone whom you know who needs support or personal training- either in person or online.

In the short 10 min film I also share some of the other supplements that i took over the 4 weeks- and continue to take.
