Shaktilates is not a technique you perform.

It is an embodied practice — a way of listening to, moving with, and living inside your 

 

Created from over 35 years of teaching Pilates, yoga, strength training, functional movement and embodiment practices, Shaktilates is a sacred expression of how a woman’s body moves — strong, fluid and deeply embodied.

 

 

It builds a body that is:

– strong without being rigid

– flexible without collapsing

– powerful without forcing

– feminine and embodied

In Shaktilates, we train the body with awareness.

 

This work is shaped by lived experience —

by years of listening to the body, rather than overriding it.

 

Through nervous-system dysregulation, trauma, and the long path back into safety, presence and trust, the body became my greatest teacher. This is where my passion for somatic practice was born.

 

Every movement is informed by experience, not theory.

By what helps the nervous system settle.

By what rebuilds strength without overwhelm.

By what allows the body to feel safe enough to become powerful again.

 

Shaktilates meets women where they are —

Harmony is for women who want access to the Shaktilates practice in a self-led, flexible way — without live sessions or group spaces.

 

This tier includes on-demand Shaktilates classes you can return to anytime, supporting strength, mobility, posture and embodied awareness in your own rhythm.

 

A quiet, steady foundation — strong, nourishing and self-directed.

Radiant Heart

 

Embodiment held in sisterhood

 

Radiant Heart is for women who want to combine embodied movement with relational support and nervous-system nourishment, without live movement sessions.

 

Alongside on-demand Shaktilates practice, this tier includes sister circles and heart circles — spaces for connection, being witnessed and authentic communication.

 

Here, the body continues to grow stronger, while the heart is met, heard and held.

Embodiment as a lived practice
