                              is a sanctuary for women who want to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and step into a powerful new chapter of life. Through movement, connection, and inner work, we strengthen our bodies, open our hearts, and access greater confidence and self-love..

This is not about pushing harder.

 

It's about coming home to yourself...

With a choice of classes; whether you're looking to lose stubborn belly fat, calm your nervous system, improve your posture, start some resistance training, or simply sit in circle with like- minded women, The Rise Shakti membership welcomes you into this new community. This isn't merely a course to complete, it’s a space where you’re supported, guided by me, and free to move at your own pace, exactly where you are.

At the heart of the Rise Shakti Membership is Shaktilates, a feminine embodied approach to movement that works with your body, not against it.

 

Through slow, conscious movement, it supports the fascia, stimulates lymphatic flow, and gently regulates the nervous system via the vagus nerve.


As the body begins to feel safe, it softens.
 

Cortisol levels can reduce, inflammation settles, and the body becomes more willing to release excess weight — particularly around the belly, arms and face ....

And alongside the movement there is also space to connect, simply and honestly.

 Each month, the Rise Shakti community comes together in Heart Circles. A space where you can slow down, be heard, and share what’s real for you — or just listen.

There is no pressure to speak.

You can join in your own way.

Or not at all.

Something shifts when you’re in a space where you don’t have to perform or hold it all together.

Heart Circles are included in all membership levels, for anyone who feels curious to experience this practice.

✦ You feel calmer, more grounded. Your breath deepens, your energy steadies, and that heavy, bloated feeling starts to fall away — replaced with lightness and space.

✦ Your body responds. A softer, flatter abdomen. Gentle tone without force. Changes that come not from pushing, but from working with yourself.
