with Shakti or join a beginner class. prior to applying to join a Pilates Academy class.

One-to-One Pilates

Personal Pilates sessions are available for rehabilitation, teachers wishing to embody the technique more deeply,, and students committed to refining their practice.

Sessions are available online or in person.

Group Pilates

Weekly classes offer a supportive space to develop strength, mobility, breath awareness, and embodied movement.

​

Classes are available online and in person. 

 Pilates sessions are taught in small groups for individual attention and can be purchased individually or as part of a Rise Shakti membership which includes live Shaktilates sessions and more depending on which membership you choose.
